Cafe manager and chef Rajan told News-18 Local that he is originally from Ranchi. He has served as a chef in Mumbai for 10 years. There people used to like his handmade Vada Pav, Bhelpuri and Pav Bhaji. Now he is making this dish for the people of his city, due to which he is getting a lot of relief. People are very fond of Bollywood Bhelpuri, Bahubali Sandwich and Bada Pav here. People are getting good response.
Rajan says, the specialty of Bollywood Bhelpuri is that it has a combination of sour, sweet and spicy. Also, the pickle flavor gives a little local touch. The garnish of peanuts and mixture on top gives the look of Mumbai. Whereas, Misal spices are used in Vada Pav. Which is specially procured from Mumbai only. While relishing Bollywood Bhelpuri in the cafe, Urmila told that the dish is very tasty, this Bhelpuri has the taste of Mumbai.
